Fang Jiu stood there, speechless, and her eyes stared straight at him. It was only after a while that she remembered to explain, “I…”

“Go upstairs and change; the old man returns in the afternoon.” Jing Lie stopped her explanation and walked upstairs with his files.

Looking at Jing Lie’s disappearing silhouette, Fang Jiu thought of something and followed him.

Walking on the spiraling stairs, Fang Jiu closely followed and said, “Please don’t think to misunderstand. Coming here to send things for Assistant Li is just a mere coincidence. I only want to speak to the Chairman about some private things. If you want to hear it, I’ll tell you later.”

His footsteps paused as Jing Lie turned around to gaze at her for a moment. He then said in a light tone, “If that’s so, then why did you think of your chairman first? And not your boss?”

Fang Jiu: “……”

“Because…… Achoo!” Fang Jiu quickly covered her face, suddenly embarrassed. She didn’t think that she would sneeze in front of the male lead’s son.

Glancing at her drenched appearance, Jing Lie turned around and walked upstairs.

Fang Jiu followed him to the second floor, but she stood outside his room and didn’t dare go in. Although he was rich, the room decorations inside were extremely concise. The black and white theme made it seem very oppressing.

“Come over here.” Jing Lin pulled out an extra-long shirt from his closet and threw it on the bed, “Wear this for a moment. I’ll ask my mother if she has any clothes she hasn’t worn before.”

As he said this, Jing Lie took out his phone and dialed a number. He walked out of the room and closed the door conveniently.

Although Fang Jiu wanted to take a shower, she was in someone else’s house. It was already fortunate that she had something to change into, so she could only take off all her wet clothes. The shirt Jing Lie gave her was new; the tag was still there. The only thing was, Fang Jiu did not have any under-clothes, and it was weird for her to wear the shirt.

Knock, knock, knock. Somebody suddenly knocked on the door as a man’s voice sounded clear outside, “Are you done?”

Fang Jiu felt awkward to suddenly hear his voice. Although the shirt was big, it barely reached her knees. She had never worn such a short piece of clothing.

She stealthily went up to the door and pulled open a crack before reaching out her head, “Do you need anything?”

Jing Lie: “…” This seemed to be his room?

Although the shirt wasn’t see-through, her chest still made the shirt pretty high. Jing Lie, as if suddenly seeing something private, looked away. He pushed the clothing in his arms in her direction, “Check if the size fits you.”

Seeing his reactions, Fang Jiu couldn’t resist but looked down at her shirt. She immediately circled her arms around her chest to cover it up. But then, as if she thought of something, she suddenly took over the purple dress from him and said in a light tone as she blinked her huge eyes, “Do you have a hair-dryer here? My hair is wet.”

Jing Lie didn’t talk and directly pushed open the door. He didn’t glance sideways as he walked straight to the drawers and took out a hair-dryer. When he turned around, he saw Secretary Fang, who usually only wore a boring uniform, now wearing a thin, long shirt. She was tall and lean, and the clothing only covered a part of her legs. Her white, slender legs were exposed to the air. She seemed very skinny, but her woman parts were all prominent.

“Blow it yourself,” He put down the hair-dryer, looked in a different direction, and walked straight in the direction of the door.

Fang Jiu had never seen such a Liu Xiahui. She clenched her teeth and suddenly pulled on his arm. As he stopped walking, she slowly got behind him and circled her arms around his lean waist.

TL’s Note: Liu Xiahui is an ancient Chinese figure, and he was famous for being very scrupulous and moral.

“I remember the CEO asking me what’s the difference between presents from you and presents from others. To be honest… The only difference is that they’re from different people.”

Jing Lie froze. The softness coming from his back was very clear, and it stimulated his nerves. He would’ve never thought his dull and stern Secretary Fang would be like this one day.

Fang Jiu felt even more anxious seeing how he went silent. Although she knew she was gambling, if wearing such a s*xy shirt and Jing Lie still wasn’t attracted, how would she possibly finish her task?

Just when she was debating with herself, her shoulders were pressed by someone, and a pair of black, deep eyes locked onto hers.

“I thought in Secretary Fang’s eyes, there was only the chairman,” They gazed into each other’s eyes. He examined this face, which usually seemed so obedient, and he suddenly kissed onto her pink lips.

The plot went too fast, and Fang Jiu couldn’t even react quickly.

“Mm…” Her bare feet stepped back incessantly until her back was against the cold wall. A large hand was holding the back of her head.

A hand held onto her soft waist. With just a thin fabric in between, his hand slowly reached up until it touched her private part that had been attracting him all along.

The ambiguous chemical in the air circled the pair. Fang Jiu, blushing, had been cowering to one side, but she didn’t get very far before the hand on her waist pulled her back.

She had always thought this male lead’s son was not interested in women. It was only until now did she realize how wrong and naive she was!

When the hot kiss landed on her pale neck, Jing Lie whispered with a hoarse voice, “Do you feel like…?”

He would respect her decision.

Fang Jiu, blushing, tilted her neck to one side uncomfortably, “I…”

“Your mom bought some clothes, come down and get…”

With one hand on the doorknob, Jing Cheng was glaring as he stood at the doorway. He naturally shut the door with just one glance and went downstairs at a speed that was neither fast nor slow.

Fang Jiu: “…”

“This old man likes you. Yesterday, he even asked me if I gave you a salary raise,” Jing Lie whispered in her ears.

Fang Jiu was speechless. All she wanted to do was to find a hole in the ground and crawl into it.

“I… I’m going!” She pushed him away and wanted to change into that purple dress.

Jing Lie pulled her by the arm back to the corner of the wall. He lowered his posture and breathed near her ears, “Secretary Fang has just told me I’m different from the others. If you go so urgently, that old man would think I mistreated you.”

His hot, male scent was all she could breathe. Fang Jiu could only lower her head and mumble, “You’re saying… You’re saying it as if you didn’t mistreat me just now…”

The soft mumbling deepened Jing Lie’s eyes even more. He pulled her waist into his arms and whispered in her ears, “Secretary Fang should not defame a good man. How did I mistreat you just now?”
